2021 has shown to be a promising year in many ways; from the COVID-19 vaccine becoming more readily available to employees being allowed to return to their offices, this year is already far better than 2020. While the pandemic is slowly showing signs of an end, there has been a resurgence in the women empowerment movement that had begun in years past.

Women in the workforce have been sharing their stories and their point of views more freely while working at home, to help highlight all that women do, day in and day out. One magazine is hoping to help recognize some empowering and awesome women within the industry. The ACHR News is hosting a women-only contest to showcase women who have been making a difference in the HVAC world. The winners of their “Women in HVAC Contest” will be featured in their Recognizing Women in the HVAC Industry October issue highlighting the importance of these women.
