Vital members of our team are divided across important positions
Account and branch teams support each other to provide our customers with a dedicated team of HVAC/R resources.
Territory Managers - Territory Managers focus on proactively assisting our customers with product selection, and helping them take advantage of our services, solutions, programs and promotions. Account Managers also help to identify training and growth opportunities.
Specialists – Segment Specialists have deep knowledge and experience in our customer’s specific market segment – Residential HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration and Services & Solutions. Segment Specialists provide additional value through their knowledge and experience, to help our customers with selection and support of our products and services.
Store Teams – Store Teams have a laser focus on their local customer base and are available immediately at the counter when our customers come into a store.
Service Advisors – Service Advisors are available to service technicians to assist with troubleshooting systems, diagnostics, and repair/replacement suggestions. They are also available to come out to job sites to oversee jobs (local markets only).
Engineering and Design – Designers and Professional Engineers assist with commercial HVAC/R project layouts, proper sizing, and product selection requirements.
