- Account Managers focus on proactively assisting our customers with product selection, and helping them take advantage of our services, solutions, programs and promotions. Account Managers also help to identify training and growth opportunities.
Customer Experience Representatives
– Customer Experience Representatives (CXRs) provide day-to-day support and ensure our customers’ orders and requests are handled promptly and accurately. CXRs provide order processing help, price quotes, warranty updates, and address our customer’s questions and concerns.
Business Development Managers
– Business Development Managers help in strategic market planning and identify growth opportunities for our customers using their knowledge of the local market.
– Segment Specialists have deep knowledge and experience in our customer’s specific market segment – Residential HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration and Services & Solutions. Segment Specialists provide additional value through their knowledge and experience, to help our customers with selection and support of our products and services.
Branch Teams –
Branch Teams have a laser focus on their local customer base and are available immediately at the counter when our customers come into a branch.
Service Advisors –
Service Advisors are available to service technicians to assist with troubleshooting systems, diagnostics, and repair/replacement suggestions. They are also available to come out to job sites to oversee jobs (local markets only).
Engineering and Design –
Designers and Professional Engineers assist with commercial HVAC/R project layouts, proper sizing, and product selection requirements.
