Top Gun Technician Excellence – Beyond Diagnostics is a two-day team building class that will provide service technicians with the “soft” tools to perform their job better. Through a series of breakouts, technicians will develop improved customer communication skills, learn how to drive customer satisfaction, sales leads, accessory sales, and referrals through a defined service delivery procedure. This process will help technicians reduce callbacks, improve revenue generation, and increase job satisfaction while increasing their overall value to the company.
Technicians will better understand their value to the company, their role, and how to improve their skills. They will learn how to improve service delivery, better interact with customers, offer system enhancing accessories that can improve a customer’s system, and capture replacement leads.
This class is directed to Technicians, but Managers and Owners will also benefit from attending. Having management attend along with Technicians will keep everyone on the same page and speed up implementation.
Providing this training for the Technicians will also help dealers retain these scarce blue collar workers.
Instructor: Dave Consulo
Dave brings a wide range of HVAC experience to his role at BDR as a Trainer. He has helper, installer, and installation team leader experience. He was a sales rep and sales manager. He has worked in or managed the residential, commercial, new construction and replacement markets. Dave has a HUGE passion for working directly with Service Technicians and Installers on "customer communication and soft-sale" skills.

Course fees are eligible for co-op, depending on dealer level.
