Refrigeration replacement parts that are used on Heatcraft equipment past their warranty terms come with a 1-year warranty after the date of installation. The standard warranty for Heatcraft Controls installed with evaporators is 3 years.

  • How do I obtain standard warranty Heatcraft refrigeration parts?

    If possible, Heatcraft dealers should obtain refrigeration replacement parts from authorized Heatcraft distributors in their area. These replacement parts, covered under our warranty statement terms, can be reimbursed for their total cost plus any applicable taxes. However, all warranty claims for parts reimbursement should be accompanied by the original invoice from the wholesale distributor.
