### Broomfield, CO – A Thrilling Kickoff
Our first of four Dealer Meetings in Broomfield was a tremendous success! The event featured a Vendor Fair with 26 vendors, and approximately 65 dealers in attendance. The meeting opened with updates from Mitsubishi and a presentation from our newest partner, SOS Media.
During lunch, Matt Rister shared insights on an upcoming In-Home Selling seminar for HVAC contractors, emphasizing ongoing coaching opportunities. The afternoon included engaging breakout sessions led by Podium, OnSite, Contractor University, and the Energy Efficiency Business Coalition’s “Rebate Program Madness.” Keith Wildhaber wrapped up with technical updates on A2L.
Evening festivities included a lively Happy Hour, seamlessly transitioning into our Awards Reception. Highlights included a made-to-order pasta bar that was a crowd favorite!
Vendors contributed exciting raffle prizes, including Yeti Ramblers, tool backpacks, gift cards, an iPad, and a Blackstone grill. The fun continued with a free throw contest, adding a playful competitive spirit.
Friday morning, the Trane team shared product updates, TCS reviews, and digital tools insights.
Nearly 100 attendees participated in this event, reflecting strong enthusiasm and commitment from our dealer network.
### Lehi, UT – A Smaller but Impactful Gathering
Our second Dealer Meeting in Lehi, hosted at Podium’s facility, may have been smaller with around 40 dealers and 14 vendors, but the impact was just as significant. The event started with a welcome reception and vendor fair, earning positive feedback from all involved.
Day two featured insightful presentations from Trane, Mitsubishi, SOS Media, OnSite, Podium, and Workiz, along with additional networking opportunities. The evening wrapped up with dealer awards, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and camaraderie.
### Omaha, NE – Building Connections and Sharing Knowledge
Our third Dealer Meeting in Omaha was a vibrant gathering of industry leaders, innovative vendors, and committed partners. Over a day and a half, attendees explored 18 vendor stations showcasing products and services designed to elevate our offerings. Key presentations included updates from Armstrong and Mitsubishi, along with a special session by Eric Kaiser, a respected industry blogger and former Larson team member, who shared valuable insights from his extensive experience.
The day concluded with a lively networking event at Smash Park, featuring axe throwing, duck pin bowling, and ample opportunities for relationship-building.
### Minneapolis, MN – A Grand Finale
Our season closed on a high note in Minneapolis, with nearly 100 attendees, 30 vendors/reps, and 15 speakers. The event was packed with product updates, new partnership opportunities, and invaluable networking. We were honored to have Dwayne Cowan, President of Residential HVAC at Trane Technologies, join us for the awards ceremony, sharing insights that inspired everyone.
Despite the nearby AC/DC PWR UP tour, the energy was electric, and connections were made that will drive our collective success forward. We look ahead with excitement for the next chapter!
