Larson Green Bay Success StoriesMay 15, 2002 - Submitted by Craig Morton, Larson Green Bay store manager:I would like to let you know of 2 examples of PACE that we were involved with in the 2 past weeks. Last week I received a call at 4:45 from Johns Refrigeration for a 3DS3A100E-TFC. We didn't have one and either did PKE. NBE showed 1 so I called PKE to see if there was a way that we could get the compressor from NBE to PKE before the rig left for it's nightly run. I spoke with Scott Verheyden (rig driver) and he said he would let me know. I got a call back from Scott and he had made arrangements for John Stevenson to put the compressor in his pickup and drive it to PKE on his way home. Scott waited for John, unloaded the compressor and put it on the rig and brought it up here and we had it for Johns at 7am the next morning. Johns was very happy with the service we provided. Thanks to both John and Scott's PACE we had a satisfied customer. The second example happened yesterday. Johns Refrig called for another one of the same compressors (3DS3A100E-TFC). Now Johns wanted it the same day. This time the closest 1 was in BDV. I called Steve Niles to see how we could get the compressor from BDV to GRB the same day. Steve spoke with Joe Evans in BDV. Joe offered to drive the compressor to PKE and then we could pick it up there. Joe followed through with his commitment and we had the compressor to Johns by 4pm. Again, thanks to Steve Niles and Joe Evans we have a satisfied customer. I sent this to you so that you would know to what lengths our people are willing to go to help our customers . Again, thanks to Steve, Scott, John and Joe for helping us keep our customers satisfied. |
