Refrigeration Sales ConsultantJob DescriptionSummary Under the direction of the Refrigeration Field Sales Manager, this individual will assist the assigned refrigeration customers in profitable growth by introducing the company’s full line of products and services. This is a Technical Sales position with direct responsibility for customer sales growth and business development.
Responsibilities Manage the refrigeration customer relationship with the Gustave A. Larson Company and represent the Company in accordance with its policies in the assigned territory. The SC will be held accountable for, and compensated based on, the maintenance of the existing business and the development of targeted growth. This position will be responsible for the contractor’s business development and assistance in net profit growth by mixing and employing the resources of the Gustave A. Education: and /or Experience Requires successful completion of an approved secondary HVACR vocational curriculum (or equivalent) and 3 years in the industry, or a minimum of 10 years experience in the Commercial or Residential HVAC or Refrigeration industry. The successful candidate must also have a track record of successfully creating partnerships with internal and external customers. An engineering degree, state designers certification, or Professional Engineering certification is encouraged. Other Skills and Abilities Requires knowledge of word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), organizer/email (MS Outlook), and presentation (MS PowerPoint) software. Knowledge of inter-related data bases (MS Access) is a plus. Reporting This position reports directly to the Refrigeration Field Sales Manager.
