Company Purchases Jensen-Klich Supply Co.
MILWAUKEE, WI. - March 4, 2003 - Gustave A. Larson
Company (“Larson”) announced today the acquisition of Jensen-Klich Supply
Co. This move is designed to establish a major presence for Larson in the
Iowa and Nebraska markets. Jensen-Klich has branches in Omaha and Lincoln,
Neb. and Clear Lake, Cedar Lake and Des Moines, Iowa.

Jensen-Klich Supply Co. is a leader in the Iowa and
Nebraska residential new construction markets with three locations in Iowa
and two locations in Nebraska. The company’s products include Armstrong
Air Conditioning Products, Magic Pak multi-family comfort systems, Lennox
Hearth Products, Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, Snappy sheet metal
products, Tecumseh compressors, and Hart and Cooley registers and grilles.
Gustave A. Larson Company has established itself as a
market leader and the premier wholesale distributor of commercial
refrigeration and HVAC products in the greater Midwest area. Larson’s
